COVID-19 UPDATE - CURRENT DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICIES
We are currently shipping all orders in 5/7 working days. We send all items with 48 hour Royal Mail standard shipping which is £1.99. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery at this time (after your order is shipped) please do not contact us within this timeframe. If you have not received your order after this time, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org where a team member will reply within 48/72 working hours (working hours exclude Saturday and Sunday).
All of our phone cases are made to order and produced in our UK warehouse. We DO NOT accept returns on any case as standard, unless this is our error i.e we have shipped the the wrong phone model/design.
Please take care to make sure you select the right phone model when placing your order, failing to do so means you will have to place a new order with a 50% discount code to cover our cost of producing the incorrect case. Once an order is placed it can very rarely be changed, due to the manufacturing process this goes straight over to our proaction team who start working on the template.
Currently we are in a temporary business premises due to COVID-19 and we cannot accept any returns. if there is a problem with your item and this is our error as mentioned above, please email us with your order number and we will get this resolved as soon as possible, email@example.com.

How long do personalised items take?
All of our personalised items are produced in house in the UK. Please allow 5-7 working days for your personalised phone case to arrive.
How long is delivery?
We sent all items via Royal Mail first class standard post which usually arrives in 1-3 working days (after the above processing time)
What is your Refund Policy?
All refund requests must be made via email too: firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 working days of our dispatch date. We do not accept returns or refunds on any personalised items unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. Please ensure you enter the correct details and check any initials or names entered at checkout stage before you commit to your purchase, we cannot accept any responsibility for customer errors on made to order items. As soon as an order is placed, it is sent straight to the production team and we do not at this stage have the option to change any details on the order. If you have any further refund queries please email us and we will be happy to assist you.
